4. Disclaimers & Progression Loss

We do not guarantee that the games hosted here will run error-free, without latency, or will be available at all times. Progressive game records are stored locally in your browser's memory cache (Local Storage / IndexDB). If you clear your browser cache or play in incognito mode, game progress may be permanently reset. ArcadeNest is not responsible for any progression loss.
